How do I register as a private patient?+
If you would like to register as a private patient, you will need to make an Initial Examination appointment, once you have been to this appointment you will be registered as a Private patient at the practice.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
Yes, we do require a deposit when booking your initial appointment. This will secure the appointment and will be deducted from your initial appointment cost.
What happens to the deposit if I cancel the appointment?+
If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours then the deposit will be automatically allocated to your re-arranged appointment.
What happens to the deposit if I miss the appointment?+
Unfortunately your deposit will be lost, to cover the missed appointment.
What is included in the initial examination?+
A full examination, radiographs, periodontal examination, soft and hard tissue examinations and a treatment plan.
Will I know how much my treatment will cost?+
Yes, you will be given a treatment estimate with a quotation for your proposed treatment.
Can I pay for my treatment in instalments?+
We kindly ask that you pay for the treatment you have received after each appointment.
Can I join your membership scheme?+
Yes, a membership scheme called Practice Plan is available at the practice, you will need to have an Initial Examination and be dentally sound before being able to join Practice Plan.
